When you start a Graph Story subscription, you pay for each 30-day increment at the start of that time. So, your first payment is immediate, and covers the next 30 days. When that period is up, you are charged again for the next 30 days, and so on.

Here is our policy on refunds:

  • If you are replacing the cancelled subscription with a new subscription, we will refund the cost of remaining time on the old subscription, or prorate any difference in cost, if requested.
  • If you are not replacing the cancelled subscription with a new subscription, and you have used less than 10 days of the cancelled subscription, we will refund the cost of the remaining time if requested.
  • If you've used more than 10 days in a cancelled subscription that you're not replacing, we will evaluate refunds on a case by case basis.
